MotorWorks Drilling Solutions (MotorWorks) handles the renting and servicing of mud motors and jars used extensively in performance drilling applications, including directional drilling operations in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and the southern United States of America.

Equipment
MotorWorks operates a fleet of 65 drilling motors with varying configuration, 26 drilling jars of varying sizes and numerous stabilization tools. All tools are repaired and maintained in our Service Facility, where we can optimize quality control and turnaround time.
Each drilling motor is tested on our Service Facility’s Dynometer prior to dispatch to ensure the motor is operating to manufacturers’ specifications. Each drilling jar is also tested prior to dispatch to ensure it is operating to manufacturers’ specifications.

We also operate 12 Kambi positive pulse MWD kits and 4 Kambi EM Systems and 6 Tracker vertical monitoring tools. MWD/EM tools are tested at our Service Facility to ensure they meet manufacturers’ specifications.

Maintenance Program
All of MotorWorks’ equipment has a maintenance process and time line, supported with documentation and management reporting to ensure quality is maintained. This program enhances MotorWorks commitment to providing our customers with superior value.
