Pure Energy's Swabbing division offers services to completion and production divisions. Whether it is a requirement to swab a well prior to perforation or infield production work, our fleet of newly designed swab trucks will be on location to serve you with excellent crews.
OUR EQUIPMENT
- 7/16” – ½” Swedged Swab Line
- Capability of Swabbing to 3800m
- Real Time Pressure Monitors for Production Swabbing
- Tank Truck Available with Swab Unit c/w hydraulic hose, reel & degasser
- Flow back tanks c/w flow lines, hydraulic reels & degasser
- 150’ 2” Pressure tested 2000 lb. hose
- 150’ 2” Pressure tested 2000 lb. pipe
- Each Unit has Centrifuge for fluid sampling, fractometers, and is able to perform to Oil Density tests

INLINE SPECIALTY SWABBING
- Utilizing 7/32” stainless steel dyform line
- Able to run in under H2S environments with NACE certified equipment
- Capable of swabbing to line pressures up to 6000 kpa
- Able to perform work from drilling or service rigs with mast down & running with sheaves out the back.
- Swab mandrel/cup assembly will fall against flow
- No catch tank required as fluids/gasses are shipped down line.
- Full suite of Slickline tools on board (plunger installs, plugs sleeves any other down-hole work)
- Well monitoring with the use of Lee Specialty Line-wise system
- Units will/can work on 75% road bans
