Job Title:	Production Testing Supervisor

Responsibilities:	Completion of safety training and company orientation Testing and monitoring flowing wells and transferring fluids Recording required data in company designated format, including data entry into Client Access Network (CAN) Turn in all necessary paperwork to the Production Testing Manager and/or Company Representatives Rigging in and Rigging out equipment, as required Create a proactive safety and service quality environment Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment training is current and recorded Active participant and team member of the Behavior Based Safety program Perform preventative maintenance on all Production Testing equipment to ensure all units are in a safe and proper working condition Ability and operating knowledge around all Production Testing equipment and Fekette Software Run daily onsite tasks and procedures with minimal supervision Assist in training of Production Testing Operators Heavy lifting required
Qualifications:	Previous Production Testing/flow back supervisory experience Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Must possess excellent verbal and written communication Able to analyze and resolve problems Organized and detail oriented Self Starter Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers Must be willing an able to work a flexible schedule, 12 hour shifts - day shift and night shift
