Job Title: Wireline Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment training is current and recorded
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on all equipment
  • Various presentations, budgeting, and management reports as needed
  • Expert knowledge of all logging and perforating tools and equipment
  • Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment for those to follow
  • Active leader in the implementation of the Pure Energy Behavior Based Safety Program and overall HSE programs
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Scheduling and direction of all Wireline employees
  • Sales responsibilities throughout Colorado
Qualifications:
The Wireline Manager position will be located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and will report to the US Wireline Division Manager. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
  • Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment training is current and recorded
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on all equipment
  • Various presentations, budgeting, and management reports as needed
  • Expert knowledge of all logging and perforating tools and equipment
  • Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment for those to follow
  • Active leader in the implementation of the Pure Energy Behavior Based Safety Program and overall HSE programs
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment
  • Scheduling and direction of all Wireline employees
  • Field sales and client relations in the Appalachian Basin a must
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ten or more years Logging and Perforating experience
  • Five or more years in a management role
  • Class A CDL with HazMat endorsements
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Self Starter
  • Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
  • Must be willing an able to work a flexible schedule
