- Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
- Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment training is current and recorded
- Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on all equipment
- Various presentations, budgeting, and management reports as needed
- Expert knowledge of all logging and perforating tools and equipment
- Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment for those to follow
- Active leader in the implementation of the Pure Energy Behavior Based Safety Program and overall HSE programs
- Operate company vehicles and equipment
- Scheduling and direction of all Wireline employees
- Sales responsibilities throughout Colorado

The Wireline Manager position will be located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and will report to the US Wireline Division Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
- Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment training is current and recorded
- Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on all equipment
- Various presentations, budgeting, and management reports as needed
- Expert knowledge of all logging and perforating tools and equipment
- Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment for those to follow
- Active leader in the implementation of the Pure Energy Behavior Based Safety Program and overall HSE programs
- Operate company vehicles and equipment
- Scheduling and direction of all Wireline employees
- Field sales and client relations in the Appalachian Basin a must
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ten or more years Logging and Perforating experience
- Five or more years in a management role
- Class A CDL with HazMat endorsements
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to analyze and resolve problems
- Organized and detail oriented
- Self Starter
- Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
- Must be willing an able to work a flexible schedule
