Responsibilities:	Completion of safety training and company orientation Create a proactive safety and service quality environment Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environment training is current and recorded Active leader and team member of the Behavior Based Safety program Manage, train, and direct preventative maintenance on logging and perforating equipment and company vehicles Ensure that all required pre and post trip inspections completed for all operations to ensure all units are in a safe and proper working condition Ensure all job paperwork is completed and received by the appropriate party Expert operating knowledge around all Logging and Perforating tools and equipment Demonstrate and train at a high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment for those to follow Operate company vehicles and equipment Manage crew in rigging up and rigging down of equipment for logging and perforating operations Manage and mentor development of crew, in explosive, trouble shooting, and daily operations Manage and control inventory of units, as well as ordering Forecast and manage personnel needs (time off, training, certification etc.)
Qualifications:	Four or more years Logging and Perforating experience Class A CDL with HazMat endorsements Must possess excellent verbal and written communication Able to analyze and resolve problems Organized and detail oriented Self Starter Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers Must be willing an able to work a flexible schedule
