Job Responsibilities

• Testing and monitoring flowing wells and transferring fluids
• Recording data
• Rigging in and out of equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on all Frac Flowback equipment to ensure all units are in a safe and proper working condition
• Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) typically a 21 day on and 7 day off schedule
• Supervise and direct up to 5 employees
• Work in an environment with exposure to noise, dirt, dust, variable temperatures and inclement weather
• Lift, lower, push, pull, leverage and manipulate Frac Flowback tools and equipment
• Bend, stoop, crouch, squat, climb, stand, walk and turn/pivot up to 12 hours per day
• Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
• Comply with all safety related  training and programs

• Previous Frac Flowback experience required, organized, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects.
  
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain standards, communication, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
  
• Experience working in high demand, multiple priorities industry and completing work under tight deadlines
